We have 5 mature Palm Trees that are getting to big for front yard and too close to electrical wiring.
2 are fern palms the others are i believe cotton palm not sure
remnant threads of foliage that appear like 'cotton' hanging from between frond segments. It is a very tough plant which is drought and frost tolerant.
