(pretty sure it is nail polish or paint), but is very thick and warm winter jacket. White pullover/poncho is a bit worn and has some slight discolouration on front.
Baby girl jacket only used twice in perfect condition. Purchased from Target. It has very warm material with glitter love hearts all over the jacket and hoodie.
