Kids climbing fort in excellent condition. Has always been kept undercover out of the sun. The only damage is a very small crack at the top of the stairs (see photo
as it's not stable with cracks however if you use abit of diy, fiberglass, ,plastic welding etc you might be able to fix otherwise leave as is. Kids still enjoy playing
