I would say it is in new condition I have hardly used this change table as it is in the upstairs bedroom I will also throw in the change mat for free which has always
been perfectly fine for many years. Comes with instruction booklet and Allen Key as well. Happy to throw in the change mat for free, however the plastic lining is split
